Lollipop Ringtone - Lil Wayne

"Lollipop" is the first single from Tha Carter III, the sixth album by Lil Wayne. The song is recognizable due to its heavy reliance on vocoder, the voice-altering instrument made famous by Peter Frampton and currently popular with R&B artists such as T-Pain. The song also employs the "chopped & screwed" technique made popular in the Houston rap scene in the early 2000s. "Lollipop" was released in March of 2008 and jumped from #85 to #9 on the Billboard Charts in just one week.
