Okay, that may be over-stating it, but they're poised for something. Meet The Innocent. Featuring Brandan Schieppati of Bleeding Through, Brooks Wackerman of Bad Religion, Ryan Sinn of The Distillers/Angels and Airwaves, and Dave Nassie of No Use For A Name, the band popped up on MySpace about a week ago with three demos and just like that, we have a new band to watch. It's not quite what you'd expect....

Because they truly are nice guys, the band is allowing fans to choose what songs they want to hear on the band's current tour with Gallows and The Briggs. They've set up a Web site where fans can vote on the songs they'd most like to hear the band play.

Bad Religion will be playing Conan O'Brien live tonight [09/10]. The show airs at 12:35am EST on NBC, but check your local listings otherwise.

The band will be doing some nice mid-sized arenas for their headlining tour. Gallows and The Briggs will be along for the ride and advance tickets go on sale tomorrow, August 21st, at 10am.

The band recently played at the Las Vegas House of Blues and the whole show is available online now.
