Lonestar has settled on a new lead singer, Cody Collins, who was apparently one of keyboard player Dean Sams' first choices after finding out that former lead singer Richie McDonald had quit.

As previously reported, Craig Morgan, Lonestar and Charlie Daniels played a show this week to raise money for an injured Iraq vet, Sgt. Kevin Downs, who was badly burned while fighting.

The show is in honor of Sgt. Kevin Downs, who lost both legs and was badly burned while fighting in Iraq almost two years ago.
