When I heard Beanie Sigel was going to surrender to police for not returning a rental car for more than a month, I was confused. Last I checked, dude was riding high on a deal from Roc-A-Fella.

Beanie, whose license is suspended, was charged with theft and unauthorized use of an automobile after renting a Nissan Altima from Payless Rental Car in Philadelphia during late-July. It was due back on August 13 but never returned. Not gangster.
