Hilary Duff has had to realign some of the dates on her upcoming Canadian tour due to "production delays."
FOX News interviewed the mother and she really hams it up.

Robert A. Morillo was found guilty and sentenced to two years in federal prison on charges of identity theft in a Florida courtroom on Friday.
Duff had previously revealed plans for a Canadian tour, and this U.S. tour will pick up right where the Canadian dates leave off.
Nickelback, Sum 41, Fergie, Maroon 5, Joss Stone, Avril Lavigne and Hilary Duff are all slated to appear onstage.
In pretty much every interview she does, Hilary Duff says that the song is about her parents and NOT about Nicole Ritchie. Then, she goes and makes a video about her man seeing a new woman.
