The Manchester International Festival saw the first performance of Monkey: Journey to the West.
NME reports, "'5 Minutes To Midnight' will be performed by a 50-piece choir Sense of Sound on board Greenpeace boat Arctic Sunrise, which is docked on the Thames."
Damon Albarn's The Good, the Bad and the Queen are set to release their debut on January 22nd, while his Gorillaz prepare a B-sides disc for March 20th.
