There are some new videos for the French blog online and one features Ed Droste from Grizzly Bear.

After a chance run-in at an Austin City Limits afterparty, I spoke with Ed Droste, the man behind Grizzly Bear.


The band is just finishing up a brutal tour schedule (with one small leg left) and looking forward to a little bit of a break. That doesn't mean, however, that Ed didn't have a lot to say about what's on tap: a collaboration with Feist, a new album, and eating as much fish as is humanly possible.

The Deerhunter frontman's side project, Atlas Sound, is the latest to take on "The Knife."

The Bear boys recently played at McCarren Pool in Brooklyn; here's their rendition of "On a Neck, On a Spit" from that show.

Friend contains 10 tracks. Does that still qualify as an EP?

Members of Broken Social Scene, New Pornos, Grizzly Bear, Mates of State, and The National will serve as her choir.
