Earlier this week, the Fire decided to tease us all à la Radiohead. Something (nobody knows what [well, P4k does, the bastards]) is happening this Saturday, October 6th and it probably involves LCD Soundsystem. Check out the site here, although it's not gonna do you a whole lot of good before Saturday.

The Randall's Island show will also feature previously announced acts LCD Soundsystem, Les Savy Fav, and Wild Light.

Finally, iTunes is releasing its death grip on the excellent "45:33." An unexpected gift from Mr. Murphy, LCD Soundsystem will release CD and double-vinyl versions of the track, including sweet b-sides.

They've also finalizing their tour (thank all that is holy).

Please just commit to a tour. For my sake.

Friday in Grant Park, Chicago saw a slew of great bands capped off with one of the best concerts this man has ever seen.
