Apparently, he is also the guitarist of Fall Out Boy. That's some damned fine research, ABC news.

It appears that Pete will be on ABC's Nightline tonight, Friday, August 24th, 11:35pm EST, sharing his "playlist" of songs he's been "rockin' out to."

By the way, the article does otherwise get it right and notes that Pete plays bass or "bass guitar," which is fair enough, but I was suitably amused by their headline declaring him the guitarist. Joe probably has bigger, sadder doe eyes than usual seeing that Pete not only steals the spotlight, but also his job in the band. According to ABC news.

Actually, the whole article is kind of funny, since it includes excerpts like:

Wentz uses irony and other devices to narrate personal experiences, as reflected in the song "7 Minutes in Heaven," which was based on his own attempted suicide in 2005.

They really don't have much of a case for "irony" without the subtitle, [Atavan Halen], and even that's a pretty big stretch. Ah, I'm just being nit-picky. It's a slow news day.

Anyway, the whole article is here, and I grabbed a screenshot of them declaring him the band's guitarist just in case they changed it, so I won't look like a dolt if you look at the original article and it's fixed.
