Avenged Sevenfold credits the fans for the its success, and as such, the band is holding a contest to give one fan a production credit on its next album. All you have to do is upload a video explaining why you would be the best producer for the album, and email it to a7xproducerforaday@yahoo.com. The band will pick a winner on July 2nd, and that winner will be flown to L.A. to sit in on the recording process for a day.
The contest says that "technical knowledge is not required," meaning you won't actually get to do anything. But you can yell stuff about "turning up the snare," "shutting down the studio" and "needing more cowbell" until they kick you out.
