Two new DVDs about The Who will hit stores on November 6th.
The first, called Amazing Journey: The Story of The Who, will debut at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 12. The film provides a history of The Who, with concert footages and new interviews from the surviving members.
The second DVD is a companion film made for the band's more die-hard fans. Amazing Journey: Six Quick Ones will contain four segments on each of The Who's original members, plus one segment on Mod culture and another on the band's 2003 recording, Real Good Looking Boy.
Both films are being released by Universal Studio Home Entertainment. There will be a 2-disc set featuring bonus material, such as a Keith Moon video scrapbook and footage from a 2000 benefit in which the band was joined by Eddie Vedder and Bryan Adams.
