Trace Adkins' Book to Address Environment, Immigration, War

Trace Adkins is about to release his first book, A Personal Stand: Observations and Opinions of a Freethinking Redneck.

The book is set to be released by Villard Books on October 23.

Here's what Adkins had to say about it:

This book has been knocking around in my head for a while now. It's not exactly a memoir, but more of a look at the state of the country as I've seen it through the lens of my admittedly colorful life.

Adkins will address issues such as the environment, immigration and the war on terror. All that from the guy who brought you "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk." I'm aching to get a copy of that one.
