Now that Roddy Woomble has sown his wild oats with his solo album, Idlewild are back.
According to NME, the band recorded Make Another World over the summer with Dave Eringa, who produced their phenomenal album The Remote Part and will be releasing it this February. To whet fans' appetites, the band is releasing an extremely limited edition single December 4th -- only 750 vinyl copies, though it will also be available for download.
So now the big question: What will it sound like? More punk, like the band had alluded to when heading into the studio? Or will it be more acoustic, like Warnings/Promises?
