According to a MySpace blog post by the band, The Afters are half way finished recording their next album and they say "it is sounding amazing."

The band also said the album should be out in the fall but there is no official release date just yet.

Skimpy on the details, but hey, at least now you know they're working on it. Proof is in the picture, which features their producer, Brad, on Guitar Hero and Griffin "the wonder dog."
