As is the case with new releases these days, you can get exclusive bonus tracks on the band's new album, Santi from both Best Buy and iTunes.
iTunes is offering "Toasted Skin" and "40 Steps", while the Best Buy version has "Ghost" and "Everything We Had" [One Take Acoustic Mix]. The album is being sold this way just in case you wanted to buy the album twice to get all of the new songs from the band, I guess.
It's one way to pad album sales... or to alienate fans who don't want to buy two copies, depending on how you look at it.
