Taylor Swift has signed on to help Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen and the Tennessee Association of Police Chiefs to try and fight Internet crime against children. They launched Delete Online Predators together, which is a statewide public education campaign to distribute Internet safety information.

Swift and Bredesen will both act as spokespersons for the campaign. The year-long campaign will attempt to get junior high-aged children to take an Internet safety pledge.
