British tabloid The Sun is reporting that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have reached a deal in their divorce settlement. Reportedly, Spears will play Federline a lump sum of a couple million, plus half of what she made during their marriage. That works out to roughly $19 million.
(The Sun reports it as 10 million pounds, but I highly doubt that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline negotiated in pounds. Although, that would be hilarious to see them try and figure out the exchange rate. "Is that, like, a million pounds of 1 dollar bills?")
According to a Sun inside source, "Everything changed when Britney went into rehab. She and Kevin started talking again and he's been a tower of strength for her. Her time in rehab has given Britney a lot of time to think, and has shown her Kevin loves his kids and is a good dad."
This is good news for Federline and men everywhere. Now, if we can just get this to happen 8,000,000 more times, we'll be even for all the divorced women out there who have screwed over their ex-husbands by saying they had become "accustomed to a certain lifestyle."
