Sara Bareilles is a singer-songwriter from Eureka, California, a town which has given the United States many great contributions such as Eureka vacuum cleaners and singer/songwriter Sara Bareilles. Actor Brendan Fraser is also from Eureka, so if you're ever listening to a Sara Bareilles album while watching Encino Man, you're totally representing Eureka. Sara broke through a couple months ago with the now-mega-hit "Love Song." What's interesting about Sara is that she has absolutely no formal training on either vocals or piano, and yet she's a better singer than half the pop stars out there today. She's better than 97% of pop stars on piano also. Considering only 8% of pop stars play an instrument at all, that doesn't mean a whole heck of a lot, but still, good for her. It's pretty safe to say that, with the success of "Love Song" and the quality fan base she's developed over the years using her God-given talents, Sara Bareilles is going to be around awhile.
