Romeo Miller, formerly Lil Romeo, has purchased Rap Snacks Inc. - the makers of a line of rap star-branded snacks - for an undisclosed amount.

According to AllHipHop.com today, Romeo, snapped up the company for an undisclosed amount from founder James "Fly" Lindsey. The company is based in Greensboro, North Carolina and has deals with Yung Joc, Murphy Lee, Master P, Mac 10 and Stat Quo. Romeo actually already had his own flavor -- Bar-B-Quin With My Honey -- before the purchase.

Rap Snacks sold more than 3 millions bags of chips in 2006.

Do you know how hard it was not to make a play on the phrase, "stackin' chips," in that headline? Real hard.
