Rod Stewart's son, Sean Stewart has entered a not guilty plea following charges that he attacked a couple outside a party in the Hollywood Hills.

The couple said Sean and other partygoers were "swinging their arms at, punching, throwing bricks and other items at, and striking the bodies of plaintiffs." Sean sounds like a major party.

Stewart's lawyer claims the lawsuit was financially motivated although he is charged with four felonies. After Tuesday's court date, he was allowed to go free on $60,000 bail and a hearing is set for August 6.

Sean stars on A&E's "Sons of Hollywood" and is Rod's kid with ex-wife Alana Stewart.
