Rihanna has officially sat atop the Billboard singles chart for a month straight, which is bad news for Da Shop Boyz and their intention to party as if they were rock stars.
Billboard breaks down all of the pertinents over here, but the bottom line has been the same for four straight weeks: "Umbrella" is the number one single in the country and "Party Like a Rockstar" is number two.
Mashup artists out there, consider this a formal challenge. The first successful splicing of the two tracks is sure to keep the charts on lockdown for at least six months. All you need is a clever name. "Party Like a Rihanna." No. "Rihanna Like an Umbrella." Definitely not. "Umbrockella-ella-ella-ay-ay-ay." Shit. This is harder than it looks.
