Mark Karan may have a cancerous lump on his neck. He's going to try to heal it alternatively before exploring surgery.
Bob Weir says, "We'll be in touch with Mark daily, and if his docs cut him loose, we'll bring him out. The show must go on, I think, in everyone's best interest."
They've tapped Steve Kimock as a replacement.
