British retailer, HMV, has put up a pre-order on their site for In Rainbows. The page information says that the disc is being released by Parlophone, an EMI subsidary, on December 3rd. RS had the heads up.
This disputes earlier claims by Radiohead's publicist that it will be available as a CD in 2008, although it may not be available in the U.S. till then.
Of course, all of this speculation doesn't matter all that much. They can release it on CD when they want to: We're all going to have a legal listen a week from today.
