R. Kelly's alleged sex tape, supposedly featuring a 14-year-old girl, will be played in court during Kels' child pornography case. The judge in the case upheld his ruling to allow the video to be played.
No word yet on whether or not it will be made into an embeddable clip on YouTube.
The reason it will be played in court? The judge says "because the girl [in the trial] has denied that she is on the tape, there is no victim to protect."
The Assistant State's Attorney asked the judge to bar the public from seeing the tape because it is a "re-victimization" of the girl in the tape.
The judge also cited the tape as the "lynchpin" of the case and for that he says there is not an overarching interest in keeping it under wraps.
And now, I'll point you to lyrics from R's very own "Real Talk," a Shoutmouth favorite for the year.
Always accusing me of some ol bullshit when I'm just trying to have a good time ... I heard you did that, dont you think I got enough bullshit on my mind?
