A woman is suing Nick Lachey and a bunch of other celebrities over the American Basketball Association franchise that Lachey co-owns. According to the lawsuit (and TMZ), Laura Brau claims she had an agreement with Lachey, A.J. Discala, baseball player Brady Anderson, and others that would make her acting President of the Hollywood Fame basketball team. The lawsuit describes Discala's handling of the situation as "despicable, intentional, deceitful... with a willful and conscious disregard for Plaintiff's rights."

Brau is looking for $1.25 million in damages. Now, I ain't sayin' she's a golddigger...

Wilmer Valderrama, who is also part-owner of the team, was not implicated in the lawsuit. So I guess he won't be paying any cash moneys to the plaintiff.
