Goddamn it.
Multiple sources (1,2) have confirmed the bad news: Because of marketing, promotion, and other bullshit, Radiohead's new LP will not see release until 2008. Oh, yeah, and another snag: It's taking them fucking forever to record it.
Obviously no one wants a bad album to come out, but the language being used here seems to point to a finished (or nearly finished) album that requires 6+ months of advertising. Guess what? Everybody's just going to download the unmastered copy if you don't get a move on (anybody remember Hail to the Thief?).
