Dierks Bentley's good friends in Cross Canadian Ragweed are about to put the finishing touches on their next album, Mission California, due out on October 2. The album features a vocal appearance from Lee Ann Womack as well as 12 original songs by CCR singer Cody Canada.
The album was recorded near San Diego and features covers of Chris Knight's "Cry Lonely" and Todd Snider's "I Believe You."
Universal South Records will release the album. Pretty radically photoshopped album cover too, this ain't no Big Dog Daddy and pony show. Er, uh, something.
