Upon news of The White Stripes cancellation at the Austin City Limits Festival this weekend, the promoters wasted no time getting a pretty amazing replacement, in the form of Muse, who will now be doing two shows in place of The White Stripes. The band had to cancel their tour plans due to Meg White falling ill.

 

The band will be performing Saturday, September 15th and Austin City Limits and Sunday, September 16th at Stubbs Bar-B-Q.

 

Score one for the fans in Austin this weekend.
