Why would he fire his support act, who has been on tour with him for years, for saying he did, otherwise? Not that fans are missing Kristeen Young, a chick who makes Tori Amos' painful wailing almost palatable, but one has to wonder -- why is saying, "Morrissey gives good head, I mean, er, cunnilingus," something that would get her kicked off the tour?
My completely uneducated guess: because he is horrible at oral, and really self-conscious about it. Why do you think he claims celibacy?
The chick, who doesn't know when to leave "bad enough" alone, said:
"My band, KRISTEENYOUNG, have been asked to leave the Morrissey tour. Although I have been advised not to respond or issue a statement, my feelings are that I must."
Now, what she says, doesn't matter because it, not surprisingly, didn't change anything. But girls, come in close and get a little life lesson from one miss pixie, as I have been around long enough to have learned a thing or two about a thing or two. And one of those things is, when tempers are flaring and people ask you to let it go for a while? Let it go. Don't buy into the idea that you can "clear the air" or "talk it out"... just drop it.
This is the #1 lesson in life all women should learn. There's no need to talk and run your mouth at every single opportunity. It's sort of like when people start a sentence with, "No offense, but..." you're going in knowing you're about to offend, but you're not going to let that get in the way of saying what you want.
Good luck getting a new support gig like you had with Morrissey, Kristeen Young. You don't have the street cred -- or the talent -- for people to put up with your drama.
