Reportedly, the movie will feature Hutchence as a ghost, telling his daughter about his "troubled life." Nope, that's not creepy at all.

The story is set in London, and is supposedly taking place on the 10th anniversary of Hutchence's death. A ghostly figure appears in his daughter, Tiger Lily's bedroom, and takes her on a tour of his life. The NME says it will be called Slide Away. An ironic title, given that Hutchence would have lived, if only he could have done that.

I, personally, can't wait for that final scene where ghost dad explains auto-erotic asphyxiation, and why one should not pull too hard on the belt around their neck when they're using that to get off. I'm sure it will be a tender moment, and possibly even spurn concerned parents to have the auto-erotic asphyxiation conversation with their own kids -- before it's too late.

I also hope the first words from the ghost-dad's mouth are a whispered "come over here..." ala the "Need You Tonight" video:

Actually, they should just let me write this movie.
