Metallica, John Mayer, Tom Waits and Eddie Vedder have all joined up with Neil Young for the 21st annual Bridge School Benefit concerts around San Francisco during late-October.

The Bridge Concerts throw down at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California for $39.50-175. Tegan and Sara, Regina Spektor and Jerry Lee Lewis are also expected to play.

Eddie Vedder brings RHCP's Flea and drummer Jack Irons along for his performance while Tom Waits will receive a helping hand from the Kronos Quartet.

Proceeds from the shows support the Bridge School, co-founded by Neil Young's wife Pegi, for children with physical and speech impediments.
