Rapper and entrepreneur Master P has endorsed Senator Barack Obama as his pick for the 2008 presidential campaign.
He explained the somewhat early move in a statement today: "We always think we're outnumbered, and our vote doesn't matter, but truthfully that's not the case. If we get out there and support the people we believe in, we can make a difference now!"
The official announcement makes Master P the second rapper to publicly endorse Obama's bid for the Democratic nomination. Chinese-American MC and former Ruff Ryder Jin has been a vocal supporter since April.
Personally, I'm still waiting to see how Lil Boosie feels about Fred Thompson before I make any decisions.
