In February of 2005, Mario Vazquez withdrew himself from "American Idol" under suspicious circumstances. But now, he's back... with a scandal involving sexual harassment and masturbation. According to TMZ.com, a lawsuit has been filed in Los Angeles by a man named Magdaleno Olmos. Olmos -- no relation to Edward James -- is alleging that Vazquez harassed him on the set of "American Idol," and at one point came into the bathroom and pleasured himself in front of Olmos. Alright, I don't care about them, I just think it's gross.

1) If you're going to audition for "American Idol," you should probably make sure you've never done anything wrong ever.
2) Check out the TMZ comments section. Some real free-thinkers there. "OH MY GOD!!! Someone filed a lawsuit!!! I always knew Mario Vazquez was a pervert!!!" People, just because someone files a lawsuit doesn't automatically make it true. This allegedly happened in 2005. It's 2007 now. A little suspicious? If someone whacked off in front of me in a public bathroom, A) I'd break off their hand, and B) I'd file charges immediately.
