Interestingly enough, the lawsuit and the skeleton aren't directly related.

Stephen Gregory Bier Jr., better known as Madonna Wayne Gacy, has filed papers in a Los Angeles court accusing Marilyn Manson [the man] of keeping Bier's share of earnings from Marilyn Manson [the band].

Showing that the man who went by Madonna Wayne Gacy is not at all paranoid or insane, his lawyer, Keith Fink, stated, "Manson devised a campaign to drive Bier out of the band and rob him of his entitlement. Litigation will begin immediately."

Reportedly, some of the ways Manson has spent the money that Bier/Gacy believes he is entitled to include:

- Dita von Teese's engagement ring

- His wedding to Dita von Teese

- Taxidermy [which we all know about, because apparently, Dita took much of the taxidermy when she left -- and Manson would quite like it back, since it included a peacock and some baboons....]

- Nazi artifacts

- The skeleton of a young Chinese girl

Now really, I don't see what the big deal here is. Who doesn't spend their money on stuff like that? I mean, the engagement to Dita von Teese is pretty spectacular, but the rest seems fairly ordinary.

The suit names Manson, his business manager, his lawyer and the band's manager. It claims they have been "filching millions of dollars" from the band's earnings over the years.

Bier/Gacy was in Marilyn Manson since 1989, but did not contribute to Manson's latest album, Eat Me, Drink Me. There was speculation at the time he left the band that he would come back... but I'm thinking after this, the only way he's going to spend time around Manson in the future is if he should happen to die and Manson buys his skeleton.
