Lou Pearlman, the former boy band manager who was arrested the other day on fraud charges, attended a court hearing in Guam yesterday and agreed to be flown back to Florida. Yahoo reports that Pearlman will face a federal bankruptcy charge upon his return.
Pearlman was accused of scamming thousands of people out of millions of dollars in a pyramid scheme. He had been on the run from authorities since January, but was arrested last week when the FBI found him in a Jakarta (Indonesia) hotel registered under the name... wait for it... Incognito Johnson.
Really, Lou?? Incognito Johnson??? You didn't think that would be suspicious at all???
