I guess Lil Wayne's constant reminders that he loves drugs have finally paid off, but probably not how he intended. Weezy was arrested Friday after a concert in Idaho and charged with drug possession after Georgia police accused him of possessing a controlled substance.
Wayne was not eligible for bail, due to the "nature of the charges" - whatever that means - but he's supposed to show up next week at BET's Hip Hop Awards. In the immediate future, I'm more concerned that Weezy might start tweaking if he's not let out of there soon. Somebody do something.
Regardless, I'm pretty sure Wayne left some potential evidence lying around in the new issue of Vibe, which features the New Orleans-based rapper on the cover. In the story, Wayne talks about his oddball childhood and how he got into drugs, while the issue also delves into the dude's best 77 tracks from this year alone. Work-a-holic.
