Lil Kim has plans together to help raise awareness about health issues in minority communities with a celebrity charity basketball game in December.

The New Jersey Stem Cell Research and Education Foundation is sponsoring this event at Essex County College in Newark, New Jersey.

The game is set for Saturday, December 1 at 5 p.m. and currently the only celeb-guest other than Lil Kim is JD Williams from "The Wire" and "The Kill Point."
