You know, it's been a few days since Pete Wentz did or said anything weird. Come on, dude. You're my bread and butter, here! Anyway, here's some actual news....

My Chemical Romance has put some new photos on MySpace from their upcoming The Black Parade is Dead! DVD/CD. I particularly like the one of Gerard that accompanies this article. By the way, the "press release" going around saying Gerard left the band? Fake, fake, and more fake. I don't know why people make stuff like that up all the time. I mean, I get really bored sometimes, but I don't make up fake press releases. However, if I did? I'd at least make sure they actually looked and read like press releases.

A band that I really like, Innerpartysystem, has gone into the studio to record an album with legendary producer Alan Moulder. He's known for working with bands such as My Bloody Valentine, Nine Inch Nails, Curve, and Jesus and Mary Chain, amongst others. As such, I am extremely excited to see what he will do with this band.

Today is new music-a-go-go or something:

Want to hear the new Anti-Flag song? Head over here to listen to "Good and Ready."

Want to hear a new Four Letter Lie song? Head over here to listen to "What a Terrible Thing to Say."

Want to hear a new A Day To Remember song? Head over here to listen to "You Should Have Killed Me."

By the way, there's some new music in stores today that you may want to buy:

Loved Ones - Build And Burn
Hot Water Music - Till The Wheels Fall Off
Horrorpops - Kiss Kiss Kill Kill [stream the full album here.]

Life Long Tragedy - Runaways
Ivoryline - There Came A Lion
Gwen Stacy - The Life I Know

Cradle Of Filth - Harder, Darker, Faster CD/DVD

Looks like we're finally coming out of the dead zone that was January, and actually getting some releases worth checking out!

Of course, everyone's all big on today being "Super Tuesday" and all of that. If you have found a candidate you believe in, you should definitely go and vote. There was a time in my life that I'd never have said such a thing, but... after the past seven years? I think it's more important than ever that we at least try. At least if everything goes to hell, we can say, "don't blame me, I voted for the other guy!"

And that's my little rant for the day.

Rock on, everybody!
