Led Zeppelin has decided to join the revolution and release their new
compilation, Mothership, on iTunes. Bout time fellas. Now see if you can't talk some sense into Radiohead and The Beatles.
The band's decision to release the album digitally comes just on the heels of Elton John's dismissal of the Internet and AC/DC's decision to hand their catalog to Verizon.
As previously reported, all three living members decided on the tracklisting for Mothership and it represents all eight of the band's studio albums. Par for the course these days, the two-disc album will be available in "deluxe" and "collector's" editions, featuring a DVD with live content. A 4-LP vinyl edition will also be available
