Prediction: This will come down to a battle of the wills between My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy devotees, but I think deep down, music fans in general know The Black Parade is the superior album, and hence, it will be award #2 for My Chemical Romance. I mean, it's almost a year later, and I still listen to that album more than anything else.
