Why? Because Glen Matlock is a giant, weeping baby, and doesn't want his son hearing "curse words." Of course, the obvious solution is, "don't bring the kid to the show, because your singer is John Lydon and he is going to do whatever he wants", but I guess it never hurts to ask.
I mean, unless you were dealing with someone who may curse more just to spite you. Not that Lydon is like that or anything....
