Joe Nichols pulled a Keith Urban over the weekend and entered rehab for substance abuse. This at least in part explains Nichols' friendship with Anna Nicole Smith. Nichols, who was recently married, sang at Smith's funeral late last year.

Nichols' latest hits are "Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off," "Size Matters (Someday)" and "I'll Wait for You." His latest single, which hasn't charted, is "Let's Get Drunk and Fight." Not great timing on that one.

As Joe has alluded to in interviews over the past year, he has struggled with the issue of substance abuse. In order to become a healthier person and deal with long-standing issues, he has entered into a rehabilitation program for consultation and treatment.
