As announced last week, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony will be teaming up for a tour that starts September 29th in Atlantic City. This will be the couple's first tour together, and Lopez's first tour ever. The full tour schedule can be found below, courtesy of LiveDaily.
Lopez and Anthony will perform separate sets. No word on who will open and who will headline, but you have to assume Lopez will get the headlining nod. The two will perform both English and Spanish songs during their sets.
A dollar from every ticket purchased will go toward the Run For Something Better charity, which encourages children to lead healthy lifestyles.
Lopez said in a press release:
When I was a kid, we spent most of our time outside visiting in the neighborhood with friends. This is the first generation of kids who are so sedentary and the first whose parents might outlive them. We really need to be active in encouraging healthy eating and the joys and fun of exercising.
What she's trying to say is, "stop playing video games, get off your fat asses and do something productive." Let's ignore the whole healthy lifestyle thing and focus on the couple doing a tour together. Don't they know you shouldn't do business with your significant other? Sure, it seems like a great plan now, but what happens when Marc Anthony is out there every night opening for Lopez? Is he going to be man enough to handle it when he's getting a lukewarm audience response from fans who only came to hear "My Love Don't Cost A Thing?"
