Jay-Z announced the construction of a third 40/40 club last Thursday, September 6, at a press conference in Las Vegas.

The new branch of the sports bar chain will be on the campus of the Palazzo Hotel featuring 24-karat gold and platinum floors. To keep those floors feeling more like a bar and less like a temple, Jay also plans to put 85 plasma TVs in alongside five VIP suites.

Construction of the venue is said to have a pricetag of about $20 million and it will be ready to open on December 20.

The press conference also found Jay "hinting" at other real estate purchases in Vegas as well as the possibility of marriage. But then that's gossip.
