Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson is apparently working on a film about the "Godfather of Modern Satanism," Aleister Crowley.

Dickinson has been working on this for around 12 years, according to a UK-based music journalist, Dave Ling - as reported by Blabbermouth.

Simon Callow, from Amadeus, Shakespeare in Love and Phantom of the Opera, will star in the title role as a professor obsessed with Crowley's soul.

Iron Maiden has a long history with Mr. Crowley as Dickinson has referenced him in a handful of songs. For more deets, read the entire story over at Blabbermouth.
