Finally, some Green Day news. The band will appear in the upcoming Simpsons movie, due out this summer. According to Slashfilm.com, Green Day is on a sinking ship (that's no metaphor; they really appear on a ship in the film). That's really all we know at this point, but hey, it's something.
From what I know, Green Day is also beginning to work on a new CD, although they might want to take their time since nothing is ever going to be an adequate follow-up to American Idiot. Their best move is probably just to record a techno album.
