Wind-up Records has reached a deal with Verizon to make the label's entire catalog available on Verizon V CAST mobile phones.
That means Verizon subscribers can now get songs from the following artists on their cell phone:
Seether, Pilot Speed, People in Planes, Finger Eleven, the Walk the Line soundtrack, Stars of Track and Field, Scott Stapp, Strata, Stefy, 12 Stones, Evanescence, Eric Durrance, Submersed, the Fantastic Four soundtrack, Drowning Pool, Elektra, Ben Moody, the John Tucker Must Die soundtrack, and The Punisher soundtrack.
Finally, my cell can blow up to the John Tucker Must Die soundtrack. I've been waiting for this forever.
For those of you unfamiliar with Wind-up Records, here is a crash course.
Evanescence "Going Under" - The label's biggest act.
Seether "Fine Again" - The singer of this band is the guy Amy Lee is making fun of in Evanescence's song "Call Me When You're Sober."
Finger Eleven "Paralyzer" - The best song Disturbed ever wrote.
Scott Stapp/Creed "One Last Breath" - When Creed signed to Wind-up Records, Stapp was so amped about achieving his life goal that he made the other band members sign the papers in blood. A few days later, he found out that the contract was void because you can't sign a contract with red ink. The band had to go back to the record label office and sign a brand new contract, with a pen. True story.
