After being left without a label when the label they had just signed to, V2, closed up shop, the band's future was constantly questioned. But, like everyone expected, they now have a label and will release a new album after all.
Although some expected them to possibly return to Vagrant Records, where they'd released their last three studio albums as well as a b-side/rare track collection, Remains, the band ended up signing with major label Epic Records.
The band has already said they have a lot of songs written/demoed for the new album, but will be heading into the studio to record the album officially after the Warped Tour ends at the end of August.
