Em called into Detroit radio station WKQI this morning to discuss a whole mess of stuff.
Rap Basement is currently running a nice little summary of the call-in and lacking a stream or MP3, we'll have to take they're word for it, for now.
Slim seemed most interested in talking up his new projects and the big news on that front is that his next solo album, which will definitely be his last, probably won't see the light of day until early 2008. A December release isn't out of the question, however, and he is aiming for a more "lyrical" first single than those that accompanied his earlier albums.
On the D12 tip, Em confirmed an August drop with a June single release. He revealed that the album would be the group's last and that slain group member Proof will feature heavily on the disc. He also re-affirmed Dre's recent announcement that Detox will be ready in September.
