Eminem has reportedly recorded some tracks about his rumored 2001 affair with Mariah Carey for his next album. In related news: the current year is 2007.

According to the New York Daily News' Gatecrasher column today, an insider has been talking about the songs to tabloid OK!: "There is more than one track that goes into really specific, intimate detail about what went on between Em and Mariah."

The same source claims that Carey knows of the songs and has asked for Island/Def Jam head L.A. Reid to flex his muscle.
